Nature has fascinated me since early childhood. Growing up in Austria, I spent much of my time outdoors, exploring forests and observing wildlife. This passion led me to study zoology at the University of Vienna, with further specialization in Wildlife Ecology and Management.
My scientific background informs my photography, allowing me to capture wildlife with both ecological understanding and creative intent. I aim to reveal not only the beauty of nature, but also its complexity and fragility.
As a professional nature photographer, I collaborate with conservation initiatives—including a LIFE project focused on riparian forest restoration—as well as sustainability-driven businesses such as eco-conscious hotels and nature-based enterprises. My work has received international awards, been exhibited nationally and abroad, and I have served as a jury member for several nature photography competitions.
Through my images – whether for exhibitions, conservation projects, or workshops – I strive to create photographs that resonate and inspire a deeper appreciation for the natural world.
